We know moving to college comes with a lot of questions — here are the ones we get the most:

Q:When will my package arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and university. Enter your postal code at checkout for an accurate estimate.

Q:Can I choose a custom delivery date and time?

Yes! You can select your preferred delivery date and time during checkout.

Q:Do I need to be present to receive my package?

If you’re living at UBC, we can deliver straight to your residence mailbox. For other locations, someone may need to be present for safe delivery.

Q:Can I change my delivery address or time after placing the order?

Please email us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but we can’t guarantee edits once your order has shipped.

Q:What’s your return and refund policy?

We currently do not offer returns or refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it free of charge.

Q:What if my products are damaged?

No worries — just reach out to us. We offer free replacements for any damaged or defective items.

Q:Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Once your order is processed, we’re unable to cancel it. If you need to make changes, email us quickly — we’ll try our best to help before shipping.

Q:Can I customize what’s in my kit?

Yes — our Build Your Own Box option allows you to pick what you need. For pre-curated kits, limited customization options are available at checkout.

Q:What bed size are the bedding items made for?

All our bedding is made for Twin XL beds — the standard size for most Canadian university dorms.

Q:What payment methods do you accept?

We accept ShopPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, G Pay, and all major cards. Unfortunately, we do not provide COD service.

Q:How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking ID from our delivery partner via email or SMS.
